“I love you
With every breath and pump of my heart.”
During a communication, my client asked that I express her deep love to her dog “Blackie”.
As the thought/words resonated to him Blackie immediately responded, with the sentence
“I love you with every breath and pump of my heart.”
What an amazing verbal expression of “love”.
Don’t you just love LOVE!
For many the exchange of love with an animal just seems natural, it feels so simple, uncomplicated and the most commonly used buzz word, unconditional. It makes your heart smile and your tail wag, if you had one.
The thing about pure “love” is that once we feel that smile within our heart, we experience the feeling of “happiness”. Once we experience the feeling of happiness, we have the ultimate experience, of enjoying life itself. And once our mind, body, spirit and soul get a sense of this feeling, this “high” we desire it, we crave it, we want it, and it has more power than any other emotion.
For the animal kingdom it is natural to love with the heart wide open and expect nothing in return. They walk head on into the unknown; they risk it all for just that one moment in time that their heart will touch another and their tail will wag. This is the lesson that the animals are here to teach us.
Unconditional Love pays it forward.
Living in and from love is the eternal ticket. It is the foundation of all that stands strong.
Pure unconditional love leads you down your correct path, it opens the doors to opportunities, it shares precious moments in time with all that you touch, it allows you to embrace your dreams, it is your constant guardian, and it frees you to your very soul to be the best you can be.
And most of all, it is so simple to live a life full of love.
The most famous biblical chapter on love is from 1 Corinthians:
If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, and it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, and always perseveres. Love never fails.
You must consciously make a choice, you must commit to unconditional self love and self care, which is where it must begin.
Right now in this moment;
Visualize your heart; see its shape and color. See your heart smile, feel it emanate thru your being.
That is what self love feels like.
Now see a little animal fairy opening up all the valves in your heart, wide open.
See and feel “love” flood thru every cell of your being, what does it look like, what does it feel like?
Pretty darn good, right?
Simple:
Each day with every breath you take and with every beat your heart makes, see your heart smile.
Live in each moment full of love and the world will provide everything that is right and good for you, to live any less can make the world a not so happy place.
What will you choose?
I believe the choice is simple. Blackie thinks so too!
